Executive Summary

We’re processing the second tranche of 221 estimates with completion almost on track for a 3-week timeline. As of February 14, we’ve completed 100 estimates (45%) with 121 estimates projected for completion by February 21.

Recent Infrastructure Improvements:

• Week of Feb 2: Released new product management tool that dramatically speeds up our ability to vet material extractions, match them with real-world products, pull pricing data, and identify both LKQ matches and lower-carbon substitutes.
• Week of Feb 9: Onboarded 3 new HITL (Human-In-The-Loop) team members who completed training this week and are ready for full production next week.
