The TRAX 2.0 Software is easy to use! The navigation is user-friendly and uploading Encircle forms is more straightforward then ever. Previous data from TRAX 1.0 has been successfully ported over for all users. Here are some key updates:
Enhanced Data Organization: Data is now organized in a hierarchical fashion. All jobs from a single claim have been compiled into a single entry. Claims are the parent with multiple jobs and material tickets stored within them.
Project Leads: All claims now have a project lead! The first to enter the claim is the automatically the project lead. The lead can edit all files related to the claim, and those assigned jobs, can only edit the jobs they are assigned to.
Search Functionality: At the top right hand corner of the dashboard, you will see a search icon. Click it to easily find all past claims, jobs or material tickets.
Multiple Materials On the Same Trip: You can now enter multiple material streams for the same recycling trip.
Intuitive Form Uploading: Encircle forms with incomplete data will now upload and you’ll receive prompts to fill in the required information post upload.
