The simple 5-step process
to get started with EcoClaim

REGISTER ONLINE

Click here: https://ecoclaim.ca/register-firm/ to enroll and pay your firm certification fee online.

Registration fees are $500 per branch over 10 full time employees and $250 for branches with less than 10 full time employees.

COMPLETE & RETURN INTAKE SURVEY

The intake survey must be completed for each branch. It provides information to EcoClaim for the setup and configuration of our waste management vendor network as well as other information about your firm. You can find a copy of the intake survey here: Branch Intake Survey

MEET ALL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Training requirements are a minimum of 2 persons per branch or 15% of your full time staff. If you haven’t done so already, you can start registering your team for our Individual Trainings here: Course Schedule

RECEIVE
WELCOME PACKAGE

When you have paid for your firm registration, returned your survey and trained the required number of staff, you will receive a welcome package with the following information:
  1. Your Certified Firm Certificate
  2. Your Trax Login Information
  3. EcoClaim Certified Firm Logo for use on your website and other marketing materials
  4. EcoClaim Certified Firm Logo Usage Guidelines

LOGIN AND GET STARTED

Once you have received your login, you may start to update your claims information and track your diversion efforts.
 
On the platform you will find a resource toolkit that you can use to help train your staff and set up your waste management partner network.
