EcoClaim is an Alberta-based business selling training related to state-of-the-art data analytics, emissions tracking, and programs that help achieve sustainability goals.
Enrollment
Enrollments are accepted via our school website at http://www.ecoclaim.ca/ or by email at info@ecoclaim.ca.

EcoClaim values your privacy and your personal information. We may change our Privacy Statement from time to time and we encourage you to review our Terms and Conditions whenever you interact with EcoClaim to stay informed. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Account Termination
Violation of any EcoClaim policies may result in permanent dismissal from EcoClaim.
You agree that EcoClaim has the right to terminate your account at any time if EcoClaim has reason to believe that your account is being fraudulently accessed for unauthorized reasons. After review of all pertinent facts and information, the CEO or deligate of EcoClaim will make the final determination regarding account termination, dismissal and/or re-admittance.
License Information
It is the responsibility of the student to provide EcoClaim with the student’s and required information (legal name, address, etc.) on record. EcoClaim will not be responsible or liable for any disciplinary action by any regulatory entity including, but not limited to, a course not being reported on time or late/reinstatement fees or changes in license status to the licensee as a result of incorrect license information provided by the student.
Criminal History Requirements
A criminal history may make you ineligible for the license you are seeking. For questions or information, please contact EcoClaim.
Technical System Requirements
EcoClaim courses are delivered through a secure and proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). An internet connection is required (high speed is recommended).
Links To Other Internet Sites
Links to other Internet sites (“hyperlinks”) on EcoClaim website are included only as a convenience for you as a visitor to EcoClaim website. EcoClaim makes no judgments or warranties with respect to the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the content of any of these hyperlinks, and assumes no liability for the content or presentation of the hyperlinks. By providing a hyperlink to a service or third-party website, EcoClaim does not endorse the linked service or website, its content, or its sponsoring organization. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each and every website to which we link. Please note that these websites may or may not have privacy policies and those policies may be more or less restrictive than EcoClaim’s privacy policy.
Sales Tax
EcoClaim is an Alberta coproration and does not charge PST or HST. GST will automatically added to the total amount of purchase due at checkout.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout. No refund for an unused promotional code will be given after checkout has been completed. To obtain your promotional code discount, you must enter the promotional code in the box under your total at checkout and click the “Apply Discount” button. The discount amount will then be subtracted from the total amount due.
Promotional codes cannot be combined and are not eligible for use in conjunction with payment plans, extensions, or additional certificates of completion.
Refund Policy
EcoClaim is committed to student satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, EcoClaim will refund the purchase price of any course if the refund request is submitted within 10 days of purchase and the course is not attended. A $150 administration fee will be deducted from the refund if the cancellation is within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.
EcoClaim does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Course Completion
Students must complete 100% of the learning material presented in a course and demonstrate understanding of the material by completing all in course learning exercise to receive credit for the course. Students not completing 100% of the material will not be issued a certificate of completion and will not receive credit for the course. Instructors may employ a “Cameras On” policy to ensure course attendance and participation throughout the course.
Copyright Policy
All Rights Reserved. All course materials offered by EcoClaim are copyrighted by either EcoClaim or its licensed content providers. No part of EcoClaim’s course content may be reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, sold, published, broadcasted or circulated, including to individuals in the same company or organization, without the express written consent of EcoClaim. Course content received electronically via the Internet may (when permitted) be displayed or printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Purchase of a course includes a license for one person to use the course materials through course expiration, unless otherwise stated. It is not permissible to distribute files containing course materials or printed versions of course materials to individuals who have not purchased the course(s) without the express written consent from EcoClaim. It is also not permissible to make the course materials available to others over a computer network, Intranet, Internet, or any other storage, transmittal, or retrieval system without the express written consent of EcoClaim.

EcoClaim, its authors, publishers, instructors, and employees are not in any way offering legal, accounting, tax, or any other professional or legal advice. No information communicated by any of the above, or contained in any course(s) created by EcoClaim, shall be construed as such. If professional or legal advice is required, you should seek the services of a competent advisor. By purchasing from EcoClaim, you hereby agree to hold harmless and release EcoClaim, and its directors, officers, agents, instructors and employees from any and all liability and/or loss or damage based on, or in any way related to, EcoClaim’s course content or EcoClaim’s providing of the course content.

It is your responsibility to scan any and all downloaded materials received from the Internet. EcoClaim shall not be responsible or liable for any damage caused by viruses or related hazards, whether or not that virus or hazard resulted from a visit to EcoClaim website. You, and not EcoClaim, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repairs, or correction related to computer viruses.

EcoClaim takes standard precautions to ensure that its systems are secure and that they meet industry standards, including the application of firewalls for its Internet-based systems. When appropriate, EcoClaim employs the use of encryption technologies, user authentication systems (e.g., passwords and personal identification numbers) and access control mechanisms. EcoClaim does not guarantee that your information is safe from an attack on its systems. By purchasing from EcoClaim, you hereby agree to hold harmless and release EcoClaim, and its directors, officers, agents, instructors and employees from any and all liability or loss or damage based on or in any way related to the above in any form or fashion.

THE COURSES PROVIDED BY ECOCLAIM AND THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON ECOCLAIM WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ECOCLAIM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ECOCLAIM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE ACCESS TO ECOCLAIM WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, THAT THE MATERIALS AND/OR COURSES CONTAINED THEREIN WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ECOCLAIM WEBSITE OR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Limitation of Damages
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ECOCLAIM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS AND/OR COURSES ON ECOCLAIM WEBSITE, EVEN IF ECOCLAIM OR AN AUTHORIZED AGENT OR BROKER, CONTRACTOR, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE/EMPLOYEE OF ECOCLAIM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. If applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability or certain categories of damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you and the applicable law shall govern. In no event, however, shall EcoClaim’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to EcoClaim in the last 12-month period. No claim may be brought more than one (1) year after accrual of such claim.
