This is the core process that EcoClaim expects every certified contractor to follow. Each claim moves through five stages:
- Demo/Remove — Determine whether materials can be dried and restored. If removal is needed, initiate demolition.
- Sort — Sort materials on-site during demolition. Sort as you demo similar type materials to streamline the process.
- Weigh — Incorporate weighing each full bag or unit into your demolition process. The sooner you adopt this, the easier it becomes.
- Track — Accurately record weights using EcoClaim TRAX™ software for environmental accountability and client reporting.
- Divert — Transport debris to your facility or directly to the recycler/vendor. Log deposit locations in TRAX™.
EcoClaim's Customer Success Coach is here to guide you through onboarding, training, and getting the most out of your EcoClaim membership. Whether you're a contractor just getting certified or an insurer rolling out TRAX™, this is your first point of contact.
